When you “like” or “follow” us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or other social media sites, we may collect some information from you including your name, e-mail address, and any comments or content you post relevant to us. We may also collect your information if you sign up for one of our promotions or submit information to us through social media sites to assist us with our business operations. For example, information may include your browser, operating system, basket contents, browsing history, time zone, browser language, page performance, and debug information, used to help us troubleshoot and resolve any issues you are experiencing with our Services.

 

3. How We Use and Share the Information

We use your information for business and commercial purposes, such as to:

a. Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and products provided by DAYLILY

We may also combine the Personal Information we receive from and about you. We may also de-identify or aggregate information so it is no longer Personal Information.

a. With your consent or at your request. We also may share your information as disclosed to you at the time of collection.

b. When you purchase a product that includes benefits from a partner organization, your email address may be shared with the partner for the purposes of fulfilling your purchase.

Therefore, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information within industry standards, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your personally identifiable information. Our security procedures mean that we will occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer/mobile device. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information. Our internal controls limit access to personally identifiable information based on job functionality. We will not be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of any action or inaction of DAYLILY under this provision.

The Service may link to third-party websites and services from companies other than DAYLILY, such as to relevant online resources, our partners’ websites, payment processors, and other third-party websites.

The information collected through these means (including IP address) is disclosed to these service providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the website. You may deactivate the ability of these analytics services to analyze your browsing activities on the Site. These providers of third-party web analytics services have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

To the extent any linked websites you visit are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for those websites, and we recommend that you review their policies. Please contact those websites directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies.

 

6. Accessing and correcting your information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at info@daylily.com.tw to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. If we cannot verify that the request for information, or to change or delete information, can be from you and you are authorized to make such a request, we may not be able to comply with your request.

We may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

 

7. Security

DAYLILY has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and website traffic will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission of information over the internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to or from us over the Internet. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Site like the comments section. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Site.
